Welcome to our restaurant
Our chef Michael Preis & his team will treat you with regional and seasonal dishes and with famous Black Forest specialties. We attach particular importance to lean on fresh quality and as far as possible the regionality of our products. Let yourself be inspired again and again from our changing menus and the creative preparation. We also take children, seniors, vegetarians or diabetics into account when composing our menu choice.
We serve selected wines from Baden-Württemberg and abroad and of course the beers of the famous Fürstenberg brewery in Donaueschingen.
Michael Preis is owner of the title Flair Chef 2018 because of his creative dishes and conscious cooking with local products.
